NOVELTY - Recycling waste lithium battery graphite cathode electrode comprises sequentially subjecting the graphite layer in the graphite cathode of the waste lithium battery to acid leaching, ultrasonicating, freeze drying, mechanically stripping and extracting to obtain graphene. USE - Recycling waste lithium battery graphite cathode electrode used in portable electronic device and stable chemical power source of electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method performs acid leaching and ultrasonic treatment to the graphite cathode electrode graphite freezing and drying, then mechanically peeling, saving resource, safe and green, improving the utilization rate and application range of the recycled graphite. The method changes the graphene characteristics, obtaining the graphene with flat structure, less sheet layer, thin thickness and good conductivity.
