NOVELTY - A medicine loading system based on nano graphene oxide, where the surface of the nano graphene oxide contains two kinds of hydrophilic functional groups: carboxyl group and sulfo group; with the chemical crosslinking agent, the carboxyl group is coupled with a targeting molecule; carbon atom in the nano graphene oxide absorbs and loads medicinal molecules to form a medicine loading system. USE - The medicine loading system is useful in target therapy of cancer and tumors.
