▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional gradient carbon skeleton composite material comprises (i) grinding graphene oxide powder and deionized water in a mortar to prepare a graphene oxide ink, which is referred to as ink I, adding gamma-alumina powder into ink I and fully grinding in a mortar to prepare composite inks, which are referred to as ink II, ink III, and ink IV, respectively; (ii) adding configured four inks into the printing needle tube, and centrifuging to remove air bubbles in the ink and ensuring the continuity of the ink during the printing process, placing needle tube with ink in a 3D printer with a pneumatic extrusion ink direct writing method, using a 210 μm diameter needle, and the circular prints with alternating horizontal and vertical filling, printing in 2-6 layers thick on glass slides and quickly transferred to the refrigerator and transferring the frozen prints in the refrigerator to a freeze dryer for 12 hours. USE - The composite material is useful for inhibiting growth of lithium dendritic crystal. ADVANTAGE - The safe operation time of the metal lithium battery assembled by the 3D current collector prepared by the method is prolonged, the lithium dendritic crystal is effectively inhibited, and the preparation technique is simple, providing a certain technical guidance for the high performance metal lithiumcathode current collector.
