NOVELTY - Composite film comprises base film, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer, graphene oxide layer and self-assembling mono-molecular layer. Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer is deposited on base film. Graphene oxide layer is deposited on polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer. Self-assembling mono-molecular layer is deposited on graphene layer. Mono-molecular layer comprises tetrafluoro methylaniline derivative (I). USE - Composite film used for packaging organic light emitting diode (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite film comprises base film, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer, graphene oxide layer and self-assembling mono-molecular layer. Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer is deposited on base film. Graphene oxide layer is deposited on polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride layer. Self-assembling mono-molecular layer is deposited on graphene layer. Mono-molecular layer comprises tetrafluoro methylaniline derivative of formula (I). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the preparation of composite film comprises depositing graphene oxide in base film and soaking in solution containing compound (I); and (2) packaging organic light emitting diode comprising depositing organic light emitting diode on surface layer polymers, binding and packaging.
