NOVELTY - Graphene modified PA6 production device comprises feeder, crusher, first tank, second tank, third tank, conveyor, mixing chamber, double-screw extruder, belt casting machine, cooling dryer, granulator, first dryer, transitional tank, second dryer, packing machine and feeding inlet connected with the crusher. The crusher outlet inlet is connected with the first tank, the first tank, the second tank, and the third tank outlet is connected with the conveyer inlet. The conveyor outlet is connected to the mixing chamber, a double-screw extruder, a belt casting machine, cooling dryer, the granulator, a first drier, a transitional tank, a second dryer, a packing machine and the transition tank is provided with physical property detector. USE - Used as graphene modified PA6 production device. ADVANTAGE - The device: is safe and convenient; ensures water content of slice; and has good product quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified PA6 comprising (i) sending PA6 slice to the pulverizer through the feeding machine, and weighing pulverized PA6 powder and the graphene powder and the auxiliary agent by an electronic weighing scaler, and then conveying to the mixing bin through conveyor, (ii) melt blending, casting, cooling, air drying, and pelletizing the blend through twin-screw extruder to obtain the masterbatch product, and (iii) drying the un-dried masterbatch through the first dryer, measuring the moisture content through the physical property tester in the transition tank, and entering the packaging machine for packaging when the moisture content reaches the requirement, when the moisture content fails to satisfies the requirements, drying through the second dryer and entering the packaging machine for packaging.
