NOVELTY - In-situ wetting conversion structure, comprises a shape memory micro-structure surface (1), which is covered on the base body of the electric heating film (3) through the heat-resistant high temperature agglomerant. The micro-structure of the shape memory microstructure surface is the femtosecond laser to etch the shape memory surface to form micro-column array. The base body of the shape memory film is epoxy resin shape memory polymer. The filling material is carbon nano tube, and graphene. The base body of the electric heating film (3) is dimethyl silicone polymer, the filling material is carbon nano tube, graphene. USE - The in-situ wetting conversion structure is used in liquid drop dynamic control platform for liquid drop transfer, microfluidic and biochemical engineering. ADVANTAGE - The in-situ wetting conversion structure: combines the electric heating film layer with the wettability adjustable shape memory micro-structure surface layer, using laser processing technology, and has adjustable wetting property. Under the action of the external load and the voltage, the structure can realize the in-site switching of the wetting properties of the surface.
