▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high electrostrictive deformation dielectric elastomer composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. dielectric elastomer substrate and 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. partially reduced graphene oxide having carbon/oxygen atomic ratio of 3-5. The dielectric elastomer matrix is polystyrene-b-butyl polyacrylate-b-polystyrene tri-block copolymer having total number average molecular weight of 12-20 thousand, number average molecular weight of first section and third section polystyrene of 1.5-3 thousand, and number average molecular weight of n-butyl polyacrylate of 9-17 thousand. USE - High electrostrictive deformation dielectric elastomer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has maximum electrical deformation reaching 21.3% under no pre-stretching condition, reduces adding amount of graphene and elastic modulus, and improves dielectric property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high electrostrictive deformation dielectric elastomer composite material comprising adding graphene oxide into water, ultrasonically treating to obtain dispersed graphene oxide water dispersion, mixing with polystyrene-b-butyl polyacrylate-b-polystyrene tri-block copolymer, vibrating stirring, uniformly mixing to obtain composite latex, evaporating water at 20-50 degrees C, placing at 60-100 degrees C, drying at - 0.1-0.01 MPa, cooling to obtain graphene oxide/polystyrene-b-n-butyl polyacrylate-b-polystyrene the, and heat reducing at 150-200 degrees C for 1-4 hours.
