NOVELTY - Insulation coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 8-10 pts. wt. silicone resin, 15-25 pts. wt. hollow vitrified beads, 3-5 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.03-15.2 pts. wt. additives, 1-15 pts. wt. filling agent, 0-2 pts. wt. pigment and 2-10 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as insulation coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent thermal insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing insulation coating comprising (i) adding aqueous acrylic resin and silicone resin into the mixing tank and heating at 45-50 degrees C, heat preservation and stirring for 25-30 minutes to obtain slurry A with uniform form, (ii) adding slurry A, some additives, and water into the ball mill in sequence, and grinding into uniform slurry B with fineness of 1700-2000, (iii) adding fillers and remaining additives into slurry B and grinding for 20-30 minutes to obtain slurry C, (iv) transferring slurry C into the dispersion kettle, adding hollow vitrified microbeads into the dispersion kettle, and then adding aerogel dioxide, graphene oxide, titanium dioxide and pigments, and stirring for 40-60 minutes to obtain final product.
