▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gas gel composite comprises 15-30 wt.% graphene, and 70-85 wt.% zeolitic imidazolate framework-8. The density of the composite airgel is 11.0-23.1 milligram/cubic centimeter. The composite airgel having multi-stage pore structure with large pore size distribution ranging from 50-500 micrometer, mesopore size distribution is 3-7 nanometer, pore size distribution is less than or equal to 1.2 nanometer at 298K and 1atm, and adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide is 0.80-0.99 millimole/gram. USE - Gas gel composite. ADVANTAGE - The gas gel composite has larger specific surface area, good adsorption property to 1atm, under 298K carbon dioxide gas, and has realize application of gas storage field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing gas gel composite, which involves: (A) preparing graphene hydrogel by chemical reduction of oxidized graphene dispersion, where reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate, ascorbic acid and hydrogen iodide, reduction temperature is 90-95 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, and mass ratio of graphene and reducing agent is 1: 2-1:1; and (B) preparing graphene and zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 composite airgel by immersing graphene hydrogel in methanol or isopropanol to be solvent-exchanged, immersing mixture repeatedly in inorganic zinc salt organic solution and 2-methylimidazole in organic solution, washing, and drying to obtain proportion of different components of graphene and zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 composite airgel material, replacing solvent and graphene hydrogel in volume ratio 3:1-4:1 for 6-12 hours, where concentration of inorganic zinc salt solution is 5-10 millimole/liter, and 2-methylimidazole solution is 40-80 millimole/liter, and reacting at 25-40 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain final product.
