NOVELTY - Aqueous acid rain-resistant heat insulation coating comprises 65-82 wt.% polymer base material, 8-20 wt.% heat insulating material and 10-15 wt.% basalt flake. USE - Used as aqueous acid rain-resistant heat insulation coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high corrosion resistance property after adding the basalt flakes, and has heat conducting performance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous acid rain-resistant heat insulation coating (i) preparing basalt particles by adding the basalt particles into a high temperature boiling furnace or muffle furnace, vacuumizing and heating to 800-1300degrees Celsius, using low temperature nitrogen to cool the melt electrode speed, then using frequency conversion type ultra-high speed rotating sheet type crusher to peel and slice the cooled basalt solid, (ii) preparing coating by fully mixing above raw materials, and transferring to frame type planet stirrer to fully mix, and filtering.
