NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-lipid nanocomposite material comprises nano-graphene oxide as core, where egg yolk phospholipids are synthesized into liposome by rotary evaporation and the liposome is wrapped on the surface of carrier by electrostatic adsorption. USE - The graphene oxide-lipid nanocomposite material is useful for controlling drug release and preparing anti-tumor drug carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent stability, dispersibility and biocompatibility, improves the effect of drug, and reduces the toxic side effects of drug. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene oxide-lipid nanocomposite material, which involves (a) dissolving graphene oxide in water to obtain suspension and performing ultrasonic water bath treatment to obtain dispersion, (b) dissolving egg yolk lecithin in chloroform, placing on rotary evaporator to obtain liposome, adding water-soluble phosphate buffer solution to dissolve, rotating and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain liposome dispersion, and (c) mixing the magnetic graphene oxide dispersion obtained ion step (a) and the liposome dispersion obtained in step (b), stirring at constant temperature, centrifuging to obtain precipitate, adding water-soluble phosphate buffer solution to dissolve and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain the product.
