NOVELTY - A positive electrode sheet is formed by stacking electrode sheet unit films comprising graphene film and electrode material film compounded on surface of graphene film. USE - Positive electrode sheet for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode sheet improves the energy density of lithium-ion batteries, rate performance under high current charge and discharge conditions and battery life. The graphene film coated with the positive electrode material is laminated in multiple layers to increase the amount of active material in the electrode sheet and reduces the thickness of the active material layer on the single-layer electrode sheet. The rough surface of graphene film and electrode material attached on the surface exhibits excellent compatibility and interface bonding with different electrode materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of positive electrode sheet, which involves coating slurry prepared by mixing positive electrode active material, conductive agent and binder on the surface of graphene film, drying and obtaining electrode sheet unit film, laminating multilayer electrode sheet unit films and rolling; and (2) lithium ion battery, which comprises a positive electrode comprising the positive electrode sheet, negative electrode, separator and an electrolyte.
