NOVELTY - A graphene modified carbide is obtained by uniformly dispersing graphene material in cemented carbide substrate. USE - Graphene modified carbide is used for carbide products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified carbide has high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified carbide, which involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide material in water and/or organic solvent, forming graphene oxide dispersion liquid and carbide powder, ball-milling, drying, granulating, pressing, forming, degreasing and sintering. The content of graphene oxide with respect to carbide powder is 0.1-2 wt.%.
