NOVELTY - Preparing 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt based graphene material comprises dispersing graphene in deionized water, then adding aqueous 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt solution and heating at 50-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 0-4 degrees C, and drying to obtain graphene-coated 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt eutectic, grinding it into powder and placing it in a tube furnace at 500-800 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain nitrogen-cobalt co-doped graphene material, where the mass ratio between graphene and 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt in aqueous 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt solution is 1:1-10. USE - The method is useful for preparing 5,5'-diamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole cobalt salt based graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not use adhesives and other additives.
