▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A transparent graphene quantum dots-polymer nanocomposite film is formed by subjecting graphene quantum dots and polymer to UV curing and thermocuring, and uniform dispersing the graphene quantum dots in the polymer monomer by chemical bond or molecular action force of the hydroxyl, carboxyl and epoxy group of the graphite alkene quantum dot and the nitrogen-containing group in the polymer monomer. Before curing, the amount of graphene quantum dot is 0.1-1 g with respect to 1 mL of the polymer monomer. USE - Transparent graphene quantum dots-polymer nanocomposite film is used for antireflective coating, optical waveguide material, optical lens and optoelectronic applications. ADVANTAGE - The transparent graphene quantum dots-polymer nanocomposite film has transmissivity of 80-95% and refractive index of 1.5-2.8. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of transparent graphene quantum dots-polymer nanocomposite film. Graphene oxide (0.4-5 g) is added to polymer monomer (5-15 mL) at room temperature, ultrasonic dissolved in the ultrasonic instrument, then provided in a polytetrafluoroethylene reactor (30 mL), and reacted at 180-200 degrees C for 5-1O hours, to obtain black gel. The black gel is added to ethanol (20-40 mL) or acetone ultrasonic, and filtered by nylon-66 having size of 0.45 mu m, to obtain light brown clear and transparent solution. The obtained solution (1-4 mL) is added to polymer monomer (0.1-1 wt.%), coated on upper portion of the quartz or glass substrate by spin coating at a speed of 1000-3000 rpm for 30-60 seconds, UV cured by adding initiator for 5-30 minutes, and thermally cured for 1-5 hours at 100-150 degrees C.
