▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing metal shelf surface comprises (i) polishing the surface of the shelf component base material, water washing, ultrasonically processing, blowing interference processing, (ii) dispersing polyaniline/zinc oxide composite and graphene in acetone, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding iodine, and ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, (iii) placing the electrolyte solution in the electrophoresis processing device, taking shelf as cathode and graphite foil as anode, performing electrophoretic deposition, and depositing zinc oxide/polyaniline-graphene coating on the shelf surface, and (iv) coating the shelf of polyaniline/zinc oxide-graphene by industrial ethanol, and drying at room temperature. The polyaniline/zinc oxide composite is prepared by hydrothermal reaction after aniline monomer and zinc ion are coordinated. USE - The method is useful for processing metal shelf surface in corrosion protection field. Can be used in the preparation of super-hydrophobic film, e.g. nickel/polytetrafluoroethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, simple operation, and is suitable for industrialized electrophoretic treatment of shelves and its device, and can obtain shelves with superhydrophobic anti-corrosion coating on the surface.
