▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing synchronous enrichment and purification of aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin involves mixing the reduced graphene oxide-bearing spherules obtained from the culture of non-toxic Aspergillus flavus fungi with iron precursors, using ascorbic acid as a reducing agent, and preparing a magnetic composite nanomaterial by a hydrothermal method. The magnetic composite nano-material is added to the sample extraction solution and mixing thoroughly to adsorb aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin. The magnetic composite nano-materials are enriched by magnetic adsorption with aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin, then the purification solution is mixed with magnetic composite nano-materials thoroughly, using the magnet to adsorb the magnetic composite nanomaterials, and removing the purification solution. The eluent is finally added, and the magnetic composite nanomaterial is thoroughly mixed, and the magnetic composite nanomaterial is adsorbed with a magnet. USE - Method for performing synchronous enrichment and purification of aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare synchronous enrichment and purification of aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin in a simple and cost-effective manner, requires short time consumption, and is capable of synchronouslyenriching aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The concentrated eluate is concentrated to obtain a concentrated solution containing the target substance.
