NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional bone type composite material involves adding 1mg graphene oxide to 10 mL of 0.1 M hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, dispersing ultrasonically at 240 W for 30 minutes, adding 250 mu L of 0.01 M chloroauric acid solution, 600 mu L of 0.01 M sodium borohydride solution in sequence, reacting ultrasonically, placing at constant temperature, adding 90 mu L of 0.01 M silver nitrate solution, 500 mu L of 0.1 M chloroauric acid solution, 55-80 mu L of 0.1 M ascorbic acid solution to 9.5 mL of 0.1 M hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution in middle, stirring evenly, adding 12 mu L to prepared solution, stirring well, leaving still for 1 hours, centrifuging obtained product at high speed of 11000 rpm for 12 minutes, removing supernatant, washing three times with deionized water, and centrifuging. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional bone type composite material for catalysis, biosensing and medical application. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, high yield and is simple process. The prepared product has large specific surface area, unique gold nano sheet morphology and uniform distribution.
