NOVELTY - The detector (100) has a channel layer (20) fixed on a substrate (10) for performing photo-thermoelectric conversion. A source electrode (30) and a drain electrode (40) are fixed on the channel layer for collecting an electric signal. A coupling antenna is fixed between the source electrode and the drain electrode for local terahertz light field to generate a temperature difference in the channel layer. First and second thermoelectric detectors are electrically connected to each other. The substrate comprises a substrate layer (11) and an oxide layer (12). The oxide layer is fixed at an upper unit of the substrate layer. USE - Terahertz photo-thermoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has simple structure, high electromagnetic coupling efficiency, strong detection ability and simple preparation characteristics.
