NOVELTY - Specific fluorescent indicator sheet prepared by phase inversion method with non-woven fabric, glass fiber, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, or porous nylon as the support layer, scraping indicator sheet preparation solution on the support layer to obtain a fluorescent indicator sheet with a surface functional layer and a filter layer, where indicator sheet preparation solution is a mixed solution of polymer solution and specific fluorescent particles, dissolving porogen and polymer substrate in a solvent to obtain polymer solution, and preparing surface functional layer from specific fluorescent particles and a polymer substrate, where filter layer is polymer substrate. USE - The specific fluorescent indicator sheet is useful in detection of harmful substances in agricultural product, preferably pesticide, melamine, clenbuterol, and pyrrolidine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet is very stable, has high sensitivity, low detection limit, simple operation, is portable, easy to store, transport and suitable for field fast detection, can realize actual sample in pesticide, melamine, lean meat essence, pyrrole waiting for accurate quantitative of test. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing specific fluorescent indicator sheet comprising preparing specific fluorescent particles, preparing polymer solution, dissolving specific fluorescent particles in a solvent to obtain a specific fluorescent particle solution, mixing specific fluorescent particle solution and the polymer solution evenly, scraping scraper on the glass plate or the support layer, and inverting phase of the pure water bath to obtain specific fluorescent indicator sheet.
