NOVELTY - A graphene/nano-silicon lithium ion battery cathode material preparing method utilizing liquid phase physical technique, dissolving surfactant in deionized water, stirring, adding graphite powder and nano-silicon powder, stirring, ultrasonic dispersion and adding dispersion solution to obtain mixed dispersion. The obtained dispersion is involved ultrasonic treatment, placed in centrifuge tube, performed centrifugal separation treatment, followed by taking upper solution, performing vacuum filtration, drying to form grey powder, placing into quartz boat and performing calcination. USE - Method for preparing graphene/nano-silicon lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/nano-silicon lithium ion battery cathode material with good dispersibility, avoiding agglomeration of liquid phase method prepared graphene, omitting secondary dispersion of liquid phase physical method prepared graphene and improving lithium ion battery cathode material performance in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/nano-silicon lithium ion battery cathode material preparing method utilizing liquid phase physical technique, dissolving surfactant in deionized water, stirring, adding graphite powder and nano-silicon powder, stirring to dissolve, ultrasonic dispersion, adding dispersion solution and stirring to obtain graphite powder and nano-silicon powder mixed dispersion. The obtained dispersion is involved ultrasonic treatment, placed in centrifuge tube, performed centrifugal separation treatment, followed by standing solution, taking upper solution, performing vacuum filtration, drying to form grey powder, placing into quartz boat with argon-filled different tube furnace, controlling gas flow rate and performing calcination to obtain graphene/nano-silicon composite material.
