NOVELTY - Pilot testing of mixing and dispersing asphalt regenerant and graphene, comprises (1) filtering and preheating regenerant to remove insoluble substances, (2) maintaining reaction pipeline clean and preheating, (3) calibrating the regenerant and graphene records, (4) opening regenerant item through the one-way valve, introducing into the mixing reaction chamber through reaction pipeline, waiting the flow rate of the regenerant item to be stable and then opening one-way valve of the graphene aqueous solution item, and the reaction pipeline can be introduced into the mixing reaction chamber, (5) observing no exothermic or endothermic reaction during mixing, and determining no chemical reaction, but only simple physical mixing, the viscosity increase is due to mixing of graphene into the regeneration agent, (6) reacting the reactants in the mixing reaction chamber for two cycles, they can start receiving materials at the discharge port through the collection and sampling barrels. USE - The method is useful for technical field of asphalt mixing and dispersing pilot plant preparation. ADVANTAGE - The method: can ensure uniform dispersion of graphene, has the ability to soften and penetrate, i.e. to have an appropriate viscosity, also has the ability to dissolve and disperse asphaltenes, which can make the mixing and dispersion of asphalt regenerant and graphene more uniform, and increases the storage time of asphalt regenerant and graphene mixed products.
