NOVELTY - A high-strength foam aluminum sheet comprises 8-10 pts. wt. blowing agent, 40-60 pts. wt. aluminum powder and 45-65 pts. wt. additive agent. The blowing agent comprises 68-70 wt.% calcium carbonate and 30-32 wt.% magnesium hydroxide. The additive agent comprises 5 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 0.12 pt. wt. cobalt chloride, 55 pts. wt. clay, 12 pts. wt. graphene and 0.85 pt. wt. additive. The additive comprises 15.2 wt.% iron, 62.6 wt.% copper, 2.8 wt.% chromium, 8.1 wt.% manganese, 4.05 wt.% titanium, 7.2 wt.% silicon and remaining impurities. USE - High-strength foam aluminum sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foam aluminum sheet has uniform strength and high quality.
