▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Water purification composite material comprises substrate (101), and first two-dimensional material layer (102) and second two-dimensional material layer (103) sequentially stacked on the substrate, and respectively selected from black phosphorus, graphene oxide, graphite alkyne, transition metal chalcogenide, transition metal oxide and transition metal carbide. The first material layer is different from second two-dimensional material layer, having 0.3-4 eV band gap. The valence band and the conduction band of the second material are respectively higher or lower than the first material. USE - Water purification composite material. ADVANTAGE - The water purification composite material has larger energy by collecting the solar radiation of far infrared wave band from the ultraviolet band to produce separated carriers, thus avoids the carrier mobility, and improves water purifying efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the water purification composite material, which involves: (A) disposing the first material over the substrate to form a first material layer; and (B) overlapping the second two-dimensional material over the first planar material to form a second material layer to finish the preparation of the water purifying composite material.
