▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A new Janus-type nano graphene oxide has one side with dimensional sheet structure, grafted with hydrophobic alkylamine, and the other side grafted with hydrophobic aromatic amine. The Janus-type nano graphene oxide is an aromatic amide compound (I). USE - New Janus-type nano graphene oxide is used in viscosity reducing agent used in oil field applications. ADVANTAGE - The Janus-type nano-graphene oxide has hydrophobic alkanes on one side of the two-dimensional sheet structure of graphene oxide, and aromatic rings on the other side, to improve the lipophilicity of graphene oxide, such that the oxide penetrates into heavy oil and breaks up the association structure of asphaltenes and colloids, making the oil suitable for use as a heavy oil viscosity reducer in oil fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A new Janus-type nano graphene oxide has one side with dimensional sheet structure, grafted with hydrophobic alkylamine, and the other side grafted with hydrophobic aromatic amine. The Janus-type nano graphene oxide is an aromatic amide compound of formula (I). In formula (I), Rn=CmH2m-1; m=10, 12, 14, 16 or 18. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1) thick oil viscosity reducing agent which comprises new Janus-type nano graphene oxide, where viscosity reducing rate of the heavy oil viscosity reducer, at 50°C, reaches more than 72%; and 2) preparation of thick oil viscosity reducing agent, which involves: i) dispersing graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically, to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution; ii) heating formed graphene solution, sodium chloride and paraffin to 65-80°C, with stirring for 10-20 minutes, cooling to room temperature and filtering to obtain oxidized graphene coated paraffin microsphere; iii) washing the oxidized graphene coated paraffin microsphere sequentially with alkali solution of pH 9-10, deionized water and ethanol, dispersing the paraffin microspheres coated with graphene oxide, after washing in alcohol solution of aromatic amine, at 20- 30°C for 8- 20 hours, for grafting reaction iv) washing the paraffin microspheres coated with graphene oxide after the reaction with alcohol, to remove residual aromatic amines, and then dissolving paraffin with chloroform, to obtain nano-graphene oxide (JGO-B) grafted with aromatic amine on one side, after centrifugation and drying; v) dispersing the nano graphene oxide grafted with aromatic amine on one side, by ultrasonic dispersion in the alcohol solution of alkyl amine, stirring for 8-20 hours, at room temperature for grafting reaction, centrifuging and drying to obtain Janus-type nano-oxide with one side grafted with branched alkylamine, and other side grafted with aromatic amine.
