NOVELTY - A sizing agent comprises bisphenol A type epoxy resin, emulsifier, dispersant, crosslinking agent and water. The crosslinking agent comprises amphiphilic graphene or cellulose nanocrystalline. USE - The sizing agent is used for carbon fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agent has active functional group that can directly react with carbon fiber, and forms double-interface between carbon fiber and resin matrix to solve problem that carbon fiber and resin matrix interface strength is not high. The material has excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite material comprising sizing agent, carbon fiber and resin matrix through compounding.
