▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fully biodegradable anti-static film is provided with biodegradable masterbatch including a main material and an auxiliary material, where the main material comprises 25-30 wt.% polypropylene carbonate resin, 44-72 wt.% polybutylene terephthalate adipate, 2-5 wt.% polyethylene succinate-co-ethylene terephthalate, 2-5 polylactic acid and 0-18 wt.% talc powder. The auxiliary material comprises 0.3-1.3 wt.% antibacterial powder, 1.1-2.0 wt.% anti-fogging agent, 2-4 wt.% beeswax, 3-4 wt.% inorganic filler and 25-40 wt.% admixture. USE - Fully biodegradable anti-static film for electrical appliance packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fully biodegradable anti-static film has high tear strength and high tensile strength, good stability and high barrier performance under high temperature and high humidity environment, no warpage and wrinkle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fully biodegradable anti-static film, which involves: (A) adding polypropylene carbonate resin, polybutylene adipate, polyethylene succinate-co-ethylene terephthalate, polylactic acid, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, talc powder, inorganic fillers, antibacterial powder and beeswax in sequence to blend uniformly, and extruding by twin screw extruder; and (B) quenching and granulating in cold water bath, and adding antifogging agent and admixture to make biodegradable master batch, sucking the biodegradable master batch into the extruder through a suction machine, and adjusting the thickness and width after blowing the film.
