NOVELTY - Foam sheet has a structure in which 20-50 pts. wt. carbon material dispersed in a polyester resin. USE - The foam sheet is useful in heat dissipation sheet (claimed) and for electronic devices and light emitting modules requiring heat dissipation and durability. ADVANTAGE - The foam sheet is light in weight; and has thermal conductivity of 0.1-10 W/mK, average foaming density of 100-600 kg/m3 based on KSM ISO845:2012; and exhibits high thermal conductivity.
