NOVELTY - A heat conductive silicone grease composition comprises 50-70% of additive and 30-50% of silicone oil by volume, where the additive comprises carbon nanometer tube, graphene and granule. USE - As heat conductive silicone grease composition (claimed) in heat source of the central processing unit (CPU) chip and high-power LED light system. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanometer tube is capable of further accelerating heat conduction. The phase change capsule granule improves the initial temperature absorption speed rate of the heat end. The heat conductive silicone grease composition has high heat conductivity and low heat resistance, greatly improves the radiating efficiency and useful time of the heat conductive silicone, and has strong application value. The carbon nanotube forms an effective heat-conducting net in the grease, reduces the thermal resistance between the interfaces to achieve the purpose of improving heat conducting performance and prolongs the service life. The composition has high heat conductivity and good fluidity, which greatly increases radiating efficiency and service life of the silicone grease. The composition is provided with strong practical value.
