NOVELTY - A reducing agent comprises reducing agent containing halogen element and trifluoroacetic acid. USE - Reducing agent for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide (claimed) used for conductors, semiconductors, dielectric, plastic solar cell, super capacitor, electrode material for lithium battery, biosensor, transparent electrode material, hole of organic electroluminescent device, flexible electrode material, memory device, non-linear optical element and counter electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The reducing agent produces reduced graphene oxide having high purity, economically and at low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of reduced graphene oxide, which involves reacting reducing agent with graphene oxide.
