NOVELTY - Formulation comprises a chitosan solution and activated graphene at a ratio of 2-10:100, where the chitosan solution is a composition of 0.05 g chitosan powder dissolved in 5 ml intermediate water and 0.2 ml acetic acid at a concentration of 0.01 g/ml milk yellow in color and the activated graphene is a black amorphous powder composition of raw graphene, Triton X-100 (RTM: Polyethylene glycol tert-octylphenyl ether), dilute nitric acid and sulfuric acid at a ratio of 100:2-10:500. USE - The formulation is useful for preparing dispersion of graphene in water in the presence of a surfactant (claimed), where the dispersion of graphene is used in the development of conductive ink, paint and coating, lubricant, films, nanocomposites, and for antimicrobial surface treatment, reinforcement of cement, concrete metals, ceramic and metals. ADVANTAGE - The formulation: provides non-flammable, non-toxic and non-hazardous, stable dispersion of graphene in an organic and nonorganic solvents; provides easy processability at the manufacturing line; is stable, easy, feasible and quick to produce at low cost without harming the health and environment; is economical and achieves commercial feasibility; and is ready to be used as the intermediate raw materials for various other products production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing (P1) activated graphene, comprising filtering the mixture of raw graphene, dilute nitric acid and sulfuric acid for carbon recovery to obtain wet lumps with neutral pH to form a carbon slurry with neutral pH, adding Triton X-100 (RTM: Polyethylene glycol tert-octylphenyl ether and an aromatic hydrocarbon lipophilic or hydrophobic group to form carbon slurry and washing the carbon resulting wet carbon and heating the wet carbon yields activated graphene or activated carbon ready for dispersion formulation; (2) preparing (P2) dispersion of graphene in water, comprising stirring chitosan solution on magnetic stirrer at 60 degrees C to form a clear solution of chitosan solution, adding activated graphene into clear solution of chitosan solution slowly and ultrasonicating for 30-30 hours minutes energy level of 200 W for 1 hour at room temperature forming dispersion with pH 5-9; and (3) preparing (P3) dispersion of graphene in an organic solvent, comprising preparing dispersion of graphene in an organic solvent, comprising preparing ethyl cellulose isopropyl clear solution by adding 0.5 g chitosan powder dissolved in 5 ml intermediate organic solution at a concentration is 1-10 wt/vol.%, adding activated graphene into the prepared clear solution ethyl cellulose isopropyl slowly, and ultrasonicating the solution for 30-30 hours minutes on a magnetic stirrer for 1 hour at room temperature to form a dispersion ready with pH of 5-9.
