▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film has a glass substrate whose positive and reverse surfaces are formed with a graphene layer and a toluene layer, respectively. Thickness of the glass substrate is determined to about 50-200 microns. Thickness of the graphene layer is determined to about 100-2000nm. Thickness of a parylene layer is determined to about 2-10 cm. USE - Flexible transparent electric conduction graphene thin film for use in a solar energy battery device and an organic LED device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has high conductivity, better light transmittance and better flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a flexible transparent electric conduction graphene thin film of a solar energy battery device.
