NOVELTY - Preparation of high thermal conductivity thin film includes adding graphite powder and/or graphene into organic solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain first dispersion liquid; adding graphite oxide, stirring, adding benzene-containing organic molecules, and stirring to obtain third dispersion liquid; and filtering, drying to obtain precursor film, pressure-rolling, high temperature carbonizing, and roll-pressing into thin film. USE - Method for preparation of high thermal conductivity thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity thin film has thickness of 6 mu m-5 mm, thermal conductivity of 800-1200 W/m.K, electroconductivity of 1100-1600 S/cm, and density of 1.2-1.9 g/cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high thermal conductivity thin film comprises: (A) adding graphite powder and/or graphene into organic solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain first dispersion liquid; (B) adding graphite oxide at ratio of 1:2-1:100, and stirring to obtain second dispersion liquid; (C) adding benzene-containing organic molecules at ratio of 1:1-1:10, and stirring to obtain third dispersion liquid; (D) filtering, and drying to obtain precursor film; and (E) pressure-rolling, high temperature carbonizing to 1000-3000 degrees C for 30-600 minutes, and roll-pressing into thin film.
