NOVELTY - A graphene oxide liquid crystal-epoxy resin composite material is a black solid comprising an epoxy resin as a matrix, a graphene oxide liquid crystal organic solution and a curing aid containing 20-40 %mass amine curing agent, or 60-80 %mass acid anhydride curing agent and 1-5 %mass accelerator. The content of graphene liquid crystal is 0.5-5% of the mass of epoxy resin. USE - Graphene oxide liquid crystal-epoxy resin composite material used as electrical insulation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved tensile fracture strength and dielectric constant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide liquid crystal epoxy resin composite material, which involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-60 minutes to obtain a graphene oxide liquid crystal aqueous solution with concentration of 0.5-5mg/mL, adding organic solvent, ammonia-based polydimethylsiloxane-polydimethylsiloxane block copolymer, magnetically stirring, transferring graphene oxide from the water phase to the organic phase to obtain the graphene oxide liquid crystal organic solution such that ratio of the graphene oxide, organic solvent, and copolymer is 40-500 mg:8-200 mL:1 mg, adding liquid crystal organic solution to epoxy resin, stirring at 40-50 degrees C for 1-5 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring at 40-48 degrees C for 1-12 hours, heating, and naturally cooling. The accelerator is an amine accelerator, a phenol accelerator, a methylimidazole accelerator or an ethylhexanoate accelerator.
