▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene channel member comprises a graphene film and a nanovesicle immobilized on the graphene film, where the nanovesicle comprises a transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily A, member 1 (TRPA1). USE - The graphene channel member is useful in biosensor for detecting biocide such as polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMG), 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol (BNP), 2-octyl-3 (2H)-isothiazolone (OIT), chloromethylisothiazolinone (CMIT) , methylisothiazolinone (MIT), citric acid (CA), carbendazim (CBDZ), sodium 2-pyridinethiol 1-oxide (SPO), iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC) and didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC) (all claimed) in household chemical products such as insecticide, and deodorant, or processed foods. ADVANTAGE - The graphene channel member selectively reacts with a biocide and thus simply detects biocide with high sensitivity, and detects even a very small amount of a biocide with a concentration of about 10 mu g/l. The graphene channel member has improved stability of attachment and fixation of nanovesicles and excellent electrical conductivity through surface modification. The graphene transistor has excellent portability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene transistor comprising board, the graphene channel member and a pair of electrodes; (2) biosensor comprising graphene transistor; and (3) method for detecting a biocide from a sample involves processing the sample in the biosensor and measuring an electrical signal of the biosensor.
