▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame-retardant UV-resistant modified silicone rubber material comprises 100 pts. wt. modifying masterbatch, 22 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 15-35 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. anti-UV modifying additive, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. flame-retardant modifying additive, 1-3 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-4 pts. wt. softener, 3 pts. wt. sulfur, 3 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, and 3 pts. wt. nano boron nitride. USE - Flame-retardant UV-resistant modified silicone rubber material is used for electric wires. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant UV-resistant modified silicone rubber material has excellent tensile strength, break elongation, hardness, aging resistance, and thermal stability, and prolonged service life, and provides product having excellent crack resistance even after long-term exposure to sun. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified silicone rubber material, which involves stir-mixing modification masterbatch, chloroprene rubber, anti-UV modifying additive, and flame-retardant modifying additive for 20-30 minutes at 50-80 degrees C, preferably for 25 minutes at 67 degrees C, adding antiaging agent, antioxidant, softener, sulfur, vulcanization accelerator, and nano boron nitride, stir-mixing for 20-30 minutes at 50-60 degrees C, preferably for 20 minutes at 54 degrees C, adding the mixture to a mixing roll, mixing at 120-150 degrees C, preferably 135 degrees C, adding to a twin-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating at 130-170 degrees C, preferably 163 degrees C.
