▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a super capacitor on a surface of a flexible substrate. Graphene powder is dispersed in dispersion liquid to obtain graphene ink. The graphene ink is printed by screen printing technology to form an interdigital electrode. Solid gel electrolyte is dropped to an interdigital electrode area. The interdigital electrode area is covered. A perovskite solar battery is prepared on another surface of the flexible substrate. A conductive copper foil tape is used to connect the super capacitor of two sides of the flexible substrate with an electrode of the perovskite solar battery to obtain a flexible self-powered device. USE - Method for manufacturing flexible self-powered device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the flexible self-powered device with high conversion efficiency, high power density, wide market application prospect and flexible, portable and wearable electronic sensor combination so as to form actual application.
