NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-containing lithium-based comprises dissolving 12-hydroxystearic acid in 1/2 m1 base oil, pouring mixture into fat-forming kettle, heating at 90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating autoclave at 110-120 degrees C for 20 minutes, adding aqueous solution of lithium hydroxide, saponifying solution by constant temperature reaction for 5-6 hours, heating at 170-180 degrees C for 10 minutes after safonification, removing excess water by stirring at constant temperature for 2-3 hours, adding 1/2 m1 base oil and antioxidant, heating at 200-210 degrees C for 3 hours, keeping at this temperature for 5 minutes, pouring product into stainless steel cup, quenching, cooling, grinding by three-roller machine to obtain lithium-based grease of mass m3, taking base oil of mass m2, adding graphene, stirring with glass, ultrasonically treating for 1-2 hours, mixing lithium-based grease m3 with graphene-containing base oil, dispersing and mixing by grinding wheel for 2-3 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene-containing lithium-based grease. ADVANTAGE - The product has enhanced friction performance and compression performance.
