NOVELTY - Excitation continuous-wave terahertz aqueous graphene heating ink comprises 10-85 pts. wt. graphene material, 3-30 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 2-20 pts. wt. conductive agent, 2-50 pts. wt. water, 0.05-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 1-10 pts. wt. terahertz reinforced material. USE - This ink is useful for low-temperature and high-temperature electric heating films and heating elements. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has excellent fluidity after being heated, stirred or shaken, high flux of terahertz wave radiation, excellent electric heating performance and terahertz wave output rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous graphene heating ink comprising (i) placing each components into a high-speed double planetary mixer, controlling the temperature of 20-45 degrees C, vacuum state of less than or equal to -0.05 MPa, rotation speed of 1000-3000 radian/minute and revolution speed of 50-500 radian/minute, stirring for 20-60 minutes, and reducing the stirring speed to rotation speed of 200-500 radian/minute and revolution speed of 20-40 radian/minute to obtain aqueous graphene ink slurry, and (ii) transferring the obtained conductive ink slurry into a three-roll mill or a sand mill, grinding for 2-10 hours, and sieving to obtain final product.
