NOVELTY - Aqueous damping coating with antistatic, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant properties comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane/acrylate core-shell composite emulsion, in the aqueous polyurethane/acrylate core-shell composite emulsion, the latex particles take polyurethane as the shell and polyacrylate as the core; damping filler, the mass fraction of the damping filler is denoted as a, 0 less-than a ≤ 55; conductive filler, the mass fraction of the conductive filler is denoted as b, 0 less-than b ≤ 30; flame-retardant filler, the mass fraction of the flame-retardant filler is denoted as c, 0 less-than c ≤ 30; and auxiliary agent, the mass fraction of the auxiliary agent is denoted as d, 0 less-than d ≤ 15. USE - The aqueous damping coating is used in rail trains, aerospace and automotive industries, damping and noise reduction aspect, and for converting mechanical vibration energy and sound wave vibration energy into other forms of energy to be consumed. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous damping coating has excellent antistatic property, corrosion resistance and flame retardant performance. The coating has excellent performance of polyurethane and polyacrylate. The damping filler efficiently prevents medium transmission and penetration, increases the inner friction of the coating, improves the internal consumption, promotes the efficient transmission of the electron, avoids the accumulation of charge, and improves the heat needed by the coating combustion, improving the ignition point. Compared with the current widely applied solvent type and asphalt type damping coating, the coating uses water as dispersing medium, belonging to environmentally-friendly coating.
