▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A two-dimensional (2D) porous silicon dioxide nano-sheet preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite alkene, ethyl orthosilicate, ammonia water and mixed solvent in reactor. The mixture is stirred to form nanometer silicon dioxide load graphene oxide solution. The solution is added with absolute ethyl alcohol and water to form graphite alkene aqueous solution. The aqueous solution is frozen into solid, oxidized and dried. The obtained flocculent silicon dioxide, graphene oxide and compound silicon dioxide are calcinated to obtain 2D porous silicon dioxide nanometer sheet. USE - Method for preparing a two-dimensional porous silicon dioxide nano-sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the 2D porous silicon dioxide nano-sheet in simple and easy manner, preventing pollution of environment, saving energy and ensuring environment-friendliness, improving use repeatability, increasing yield and realizing large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A 2D porous silicon dioxide nano-sheet preparing method involves adding (in weight parts) oxidized graphite alkene (1), ethyl orthosilicate (5-20), ammonia water (1-100) with volume concentration 10 to 30% and mixed solvent (2000-12000) in a reactor at 10 to 60 degrees C. The mixture is stirred for 105 minutes to form nanometer silicon dioxide load graphene oxide solution. The solution is poured with centrifugal supernatant fluid and added with absolute ethyl alcohol. The solution is centrifuged and added with the absolute ethyl alcohol for four times. Water is poured in the solution in equal volume to form graphite alkene aqueous solution. The aqueous solution is frozen into solid, oxidized and dried at 5-48 degrees C. The obtained flocculent silicon dioxide, graphene oxide and compound silicon dioxide are calcinated at 400 to 800 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain a 2D porous silicon dioxide nanometer sheet.
