NOVELTY - Far infrared heating slurry comprises graphene, carbide, film-forming resin and solvent, where the carbide is in the form of powder with a grain diameter of 500 nm-1 μm. USE - The far infrared heating slurry is useful for preparing heating coating used in heating microcrystalline plate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The far infrared heating slurry is uniformly dispersed, has strong stability, no agglomeration phenomenon, and has high electric-heat radiation conversion efficiency, uniform radiation surface temperature, and high normal total far-infrared emissivity by combination of components to excite stronger infrared radiations. The preparation method is simple, efficient, environment-friendly, and can be produced in large scale.
