NOVELTY - The aluminum-based composite material comprises 0.4-0.8 wt.% manganese, 0.9-1.5 wt.% silicon, 0.6-1 5 wt.% copper, less than or equal to 0.20 wt.% manganese, less than or equal to 0.10 wt.% chromium, less than or equal to 0.05 wt.% titanium, less than or equal to 0.15 wt.% iron, remaining amount of aluminum and unavoidable impurities. The material comprises external reinforcement with mass percentage of 0.1-7%, the external reinforcement comprises carbon fiber, carbon nano-tubes, graphene, and gas gel particles. The size of the external reinforcement is less than 1 micron. The surface of the external reinforcing object is plated with nickel element or copper element. USE - Aluminum-based composite material for transportation, aerospace and consumer electronics fields. Uses include but are not limited to building door and window material or automobile interior trim component. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based composite material has good performance, and is good for mass production, and has wide application prospect.
