NOVELTY - A graphene derivative based glucose oxidase electrode is prepared byforming conductive electrode substrate sequentially, graphene derivative / dopamine composite layer, polydopamine layer, nano-gold arrays, 4- mercaptobenzimidazole boric acid layers and layers of glucose oxidase, mixing derivatives graphene / dopamine dopamine composite layer with the oxidized graphite alkylene after dopamine graphene oxide with partial mixture after the oxidation-reduction reaction. USE - Graphene derivative based glucose oxidase electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high sensitivity and high enzyme combination intensity, detects glucose, in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene derivative based glucose oxidase electrode.
