▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing artificial graphite powder based on rotary kiln involves using graphene capsule and asphalt as raw materials, preparing slurry with proper proportion, where the ratio of asphalt and graphene capsule is 10:1-8:1, and the graphene capsule is slow-release asphalt, then filling the mixture into a high-temperature resistant ceramic tank with a sealing cover until 80-90% of the mixture is calcined at a high temperature under the condition of regulating oxygen-poor condition. The ceramic tank containing the graphene capsules and asphalt slurry is placed in the gap of the rotary furnace at different temperatures (600-1000 degreesC), adding the cover to the ceramics tank to control the atmosphere of the internal calcining, calcining for 12 hours, taking out the ceramic tanks, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the artificial graphite powder sample. USE - Method for preparation of artificial graphite powder based on rotary kiln used in new energy new material preparation. ADVANTAGE - The method fully utilizes the rest temperature of the rotary kiln furnace, has high efficiency and energy saving, preparation cost of the artificial graphite, large production capacity, and important meaning for subsequent commercial application of artificial graphite.
