NOVELTY - Composite electromagnetic shielding material comprises a polymer, alloy powder, polyaniline, graphene, organic solvent and adhesive. The polymer is polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene or polyamide. USE - As composite electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The shielding material has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance on wide-band electromagnetic waves, light-weight and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the shielding material involving (i) stirring and uniformly dispersing polyaniline and graphene in the organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution and drying the mixed solution at 60-85 degrees C to obtain mixed powder, (ii) blending the polymer with the mixed powder in an internal mixer at a mass ratio of (2-7):1 and mixing and calendering the obtained blended mixture to obtain a polymer film, (iii) dispersing 50-100 pts. wt. alloy powder in 25-100 pts. wt. organic solvent, adding 5-15 pts. wt. adhesive, uniformly stirring to obtain solution and obtaining an alloy powder film by a casting molding process and (iv) laminating the polymer film and the alloy powder film and rolling to obtain the shielding material.
