▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-boron nitride nanosheet composite structure is claimed. The diameter of the boron nitride nanosheets structure is 20-150 nm. The thickness is 10-60 nm, the diameter of graphene is 4-25 mu m. The boron nitride nanosheets are evenly distributed on large-area graphene thin-layer substrate. USE - Used as graphene-boron nitride nanosheet composite structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-boron nitride nanosheet composite structure comprising (i) dissolving dispersant in deionized water to obtain stable solution, mixing graphene and boron oxide powder, grinding thoroughly, adding dispersant solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, placing in constant temperature water bath, magnetically stirring to slurry state at required temperature, and vacuum drying to obtain precursor, and (ii) placing precursor in vacuum tube furnace, continuously heating to required temperature in argon atmosphere, introducing ammonia gas to start reaction, rising temperature, insulating, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain preliminary product, and treating to obtain graphene-boron nitride nanosheet composite structure.
