NOVELTY - Graphene-basalt fiber composite material (is claimed), the graphene is coated on the surface of a basalt fiber, and the basalt fiber surface and the graphene sheet are connected by van der Waals force and hydrogen bonding, the basalt fibers are crosslinked by graphene coated on the surface to form a twistless yarn, non-woven fabric or chopped strand mat. USE - Used as graphene-basalt fiber composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene-basalt fiber composite material comprising (1) heating basalt fiber in toluene to 250 degrees C, and carrying out ultrasonic cleaning for 10-30 minutes, and removing surface sizing agent and oil agent and drying, (2) coating surface of the basalt fiber with the graphene oxide dispersion, and after drying, coating basalt fiber with graphene oxide, (3) immersing graphene oxide-coated basalt fiber in a solvent to swell the surface, mixing and drying to form the non-twisted yarn, or overlapping fibers and drying to form the non-woven fabric or chopped mats, drying at 100 degrees C, (4) carrying out the reduction using chemical reducing agents to obtain graphene-basalt fiber composite material.
