NOVELTY - Radiation protection coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy-modified silicone resin, 6-10 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate, 4-8 pts. wt. barite powder, 6-12 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-carbonate, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-titanium oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-tin oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-zirconia, 1.5-3 pts. wt. cellulose, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. negative ion powder, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-silicon carbide, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1.2-2.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1.6-2.3 pts. wt. dispersing agent, and 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - The coating is useful for mobile phone case (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has good adhesion, water repellency, corrosion resistance, good radiation resistance and scratch resistance and is simple to prepare and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiation protection coating, comprising (i) taking each raw materials, (ii) adding barite powder, nano-strontium carbonate, graphene, nano-titanium oxide, nano-zinc oxide, nano-tin oxide, nano-zirconia, cellulose, modified anion powder and nano-silicon carbide into a high speed mixer and mixing uniformly, (iii) adding epoxy-modified silicone resin, sodium fluorosilicate, and silane coupling agent into a reaction vessel, heating to 85-90 degrees C at rate of 10 degrees C/minute, stirring at a speed of 500-600 rotations/minute for 15-20 minutes, adding the mixture obtained in the previous step, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, reducing the temperature to 50-55 degrees C, adding antioxidant, dispersing agent and antifoaming agent sequentially, stirring for 20-25 minutes, and cooling to room temperature.
