NOVELTY - High flash point pipeline anti-corrosion polysulfide modified polyurea coating comprises A component and B component according to mass ratio of 5-7: 1, where the A component is prepared by mixing poly-asparagus resin, modified polysulfide resin, epoxy resin, rutile titanium white, carbon black, ion exchange type anti-rust filler, modified zinc phosphate, graphene slurry, organic corrosion inhibitor, nano high light barium, gas phase silicon dioxide, dispersant, antifoaming agent, flatting agent, thickening agent, ultraviolet absorbent, light stabilizer and high flash point ester solvent. The B component is prepared by mixing isocyanate curing agent and high flash point ester solvent USE - Used as high flash point pipeline anti-corrosion polysulfide modified polyurea coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is not permeable; has fast drying, excellent gloss and waterproof resistance; and can realize xenon lamp-resistant fog to reach 2800 h. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high flash point pipeline anti-corrosion polysulfide modified polyurea coating comprising (i) adding polyaspartic resin, modified poly sulfide resin, epoxy resin, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a high-flash-point ester solvent into a dispersion cylinder for uniform dispersion, then adding rutile titanium dioxide, carbon black, ion exchange type antirust filler, modified zinc phosphate, graphene slurry, organic corrosion inhibitor, nano high-gloss barium and gas phase silicon dioxide, grinding and dispersing to obtain slurry, then adding a flatting agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, a light stabilizer and a high flash point ester solvent into the slurry, adjusting the viscosity and dispersing uniformly to obtain a component A and (ii) mixing isocyanate curing agent and high flash point ester solvent to obtain a component B, (iii) mixing the component A obtained in the step (i) and component B obtained in the step (ii) to obtain the final product.
